Treatment Justification:

This manuscript is included in the Persian Manuscript digitization project. The treatment aims to stabilize it for handling during scanning and enhance its overall appearance. At LoC, digitization often involves short-term stabilization like disbinding and page repair before post-digitization treatment. This process, exemplified by MS 28, entails sending the object back to Conservation for final assessment and treatment completion.
